Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Opus Dashboard, a unified advertising analytics product operated by OpusLab Digital. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Opus Dashboard lets you connect advertising accounts you are authorized to access and review campaign performance across supported platforms in one place. The service is read-only: it retrieves and displays reporting data and does not create, edit, launch, pause, or otherwise manage your advertisements.
Supported integrations may change over time. Some platforms are available now while others are planned or awaiting provider approval.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
Authorized connections
You may only connect advertising accounts that you are permitted to access. You authorize each connection through the provider's own OAuth flow, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant that access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected advertising platform.
Third-party platforms
Opus Dashboard integrates with third-party advertising platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or changes of third-party APIs and data.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by OpusLab Digital and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that reporting data will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, as it depends on third-party APIs and periodic synchronization.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpusLab Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or as required to protect the service and its users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
