Who we are

Opus Dashboard is a unified advertising analytics product operated by OpusLab Digital ("OpusLab", "we", "us"). Opus Dashboard lets businesses connect advertising accounts they are authorized to access and review campaign performance across supported platforms in one place.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at contact@opuslab.digital.

Information you provide directly

When you create an account or contact us, we may process basic account and contact details such as your name, email address, and the messages you send us.

Advertising data accessed through provider APIs

When you connect an advertising platform, you authorize Opus Dashboard, through that provider's OAuth flow, to access reporting data for the ad accounts you explicitly select. This includes campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and derived metrics.

Opus Dashboard retrieves this data on a read-only basis to display it in your dashboard. We do not create, edit, launch, pause, or otherwise manage your advertisements.

OAuth tokens and credentials

We never receive or store your advertising-platform passwords. Authorization is handled entirely through each provider's OAuth flow. The access and refresh tokens issued to us are stored encrypted at rest and are used only to retrieve the reporting data you authorized.

How we use information

We use the information described above to authenticate you, connect the accounts you authorize, retrieve and display advertising performance reporting, provide support, maintain security, and operate and improve the service.

Google user data

Opus Dashboard uses the Google Ads API to retrieve advertising account and campaign reporting data for accounts explicitly authorized by the user. This information is used only to display performance metrics inside the user's private dashboard.

Opus Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Opus Dashboard does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the dashboard, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

Service providers and infrastructure

We rely on trusted infrastructure and hosting providers to run the service. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require appropriate safeguards.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the dashboard, when required by law, or to protect the rights and security of our users and the service.

Data retention

We retain connected reporting data and account information for as long as your integration remains connected and your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for legitimate business, legal, and security purposes. When you disconnect an integration or request deletion, we remove the associated data as described on our Data Deletion page.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption of authorization tokens at rest, server-side credential handling, and tenant separation so each customer's dashboard data is isolated.

Your rights and choices

You can disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard, which stops future synchronization. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting contact@opuslab.digital. See our Data Deletion page for details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
